Governed detection, not raw scraping

Each scan compares public content to Terra Vita’s protected corpus across lexical, semantic and structural layers, then produces review-ready alerts and case evidence. v1.1 calibration prevents broad institutional language from becoming a Red alert unless there are exact distinctive phrases or structural duplication.

Red

Multiple exact distinctive Terra Vita phrases, structural duplication, or a strong product-level cluster match.

Orange

Product-adjacent phrase or architectural overlap requiring reviewer assessment.

Yellow

Single distinctive phrase, thematic echo, or early derivative pattern to watch.

Green

Benign or unrelated; not stored as an actionable hit.

Latest alerts

Actionable matches with heatmaps and source links.

Reviewer Queue

Mark each hit as Benign, Inspired, Problematic, or Action required. Decisions are logged and reused for future suppression.

Reference architecture currently used for similarity detection.

Watchlist

Public URLs scanned by the daily scheduled function and manual watchlist run.

Setup

Netlify Database mode

This build is wired for Netlify Database. Current Netlify Database uses @netlify/database and NETLIFY_DB_URL; DATABASE_URL is only a local/external fallback.

  1. Deploy the repository to Netlify.
  2. Enable Netlify Database on the Netlify project. The app will use the Netlify-managed database branch.
  3. Open this app and click DB doctor / initialize.
  4. Run Recalibrate existing alerts once after upgrading from v1.0, then run a manual URL scan.
